این جشنواره که از سال 1993 سالانه توسط شبکه SBS برگزار می شود ، مراسمی است برای تقدیر از بازیگران سریال هایی که در طی سال از این شبکه پخش می شود . در این جشنواره برترین سریال ها و برترین بازیگران انتخاب می شود و به آن ها جوایزی اهدا می شود.

The 2024 SBS Drama Awards (Korean: 2024 SBS 연기대상; Hanja: 2024 SBS 演技大賞; RR: 2024 SBS Yeon-gi Daesang), presented by Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS). It was held on December 21, 2024, from 20:35 (KST) at the SBS Prism Tower in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The show was hosted by Shin Dong-yup for the eighth consecutive time, together with Kim Hye-yoon and Kim Ji-yeon.[2][3] A special congratulatory stage by dance team La Chica, (G)I-dle and a live performance of “Bam Yang Gang” by Bibi, Ko Kyu-pil, and Ahn Chang-hwan from The Fiery Priest 2 was presented in the awards ceremony.[4] The band performances of the cast of the upcoming 2025 film Spring of the Four Seasons was a surprise item at the ceremony.
